Bayer confirmó este jueves que finalizó la compra de la multinacional Monsanto, en lo que implica uno de los “Brand kill” (muerte de una marca, en inglés) más grandes de la historia, ya que el nombre de la empresa estadounidense nacida en 1901 ya no se utilizará.
