Argentina: Gobierno ordena ‘enroque’ de marcas cerveceras para evitar concentración
La Secretaría de Comercio de Argentina, liderada por Miguel Braun, anunció ciertos cambios al sector cervecero nacional “Para evitar el incremento en la participación de mercado de AB Inbev, lo que hubiera afectado la competencia…”, refiriéndose a la fusión de los dos gigantes mundiales de la cerveza, SAB MIller y AB Inbev (dueña de la conocida marca Quilmes).
