US: Skadden antitrust pro moving to Brattle

The Brattle Group today announced that Skadden antitrust partner, James A. Keyte, will join the firm as the Director of Global Development, effective January 1. In this new position, Mr. Keyte is expected to leverage his practical experience and industry knowledge to give Brattle a competitive advantage among economics experts.

He also led the firm in a number of high-profile mergers, several of which involved litigation challenges by the Justice Departmenr and the FTC.
