El Salvador: Suprema Corte ratifica decisiones de Superintendencia de Competencia
La Corte Suprema de Justicia de El Salvador notificó a laSuperintendencia de Competencia (SC) resoluciones a favor de ésta en dos casos recurridos por dos agentes económicos: Operadora del Sur, S.A. de C.V. y AIG Vida, S.A. Seguro de Personas. Al momento, la Suprema Corte ha revisado un total de 26 resoluciones emitidas contra la SC, 23 de las cuales han sido a favor, dos han sido desistidas por los demandantes y una sola ha sido contraria al regulador.
