Alemania: Bayer y Monsanto buscan luz verde para fusión – venderán $2,500 mdd en activos
El gigante petroquímico alemán Bayer, junto con la estadounidense Monsanto, han anunciado la puesta en venta de activos valuados en alrededor de $2,500 millones de dólares, buscando así sortear los obstáculos y dudas de agencias reguladoras que podrían oponerse a la fusión de éstas empresas, en un acuerdo anunciado en $66,000 millones de dólares.
