For the past three decades, Stephen Hibbard has handled securities class actions, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial cases, corporate governance disputes and antitrust matters, according to Jones Day’s statement.

Jay Tambe, who is a partner in Jones Day’s New York office and co-leads the firm’s FILR practice, praised Hibbard in Wednesday’s statement.
