Eiger Law has appointed Jasmine Shen as a resident partner at its Taipei office. Shen was previously an attorney with Pamir Law Group.
Shen is experienced in both domestic and international legal matters, and her practice covers corporate transactional as well as arbitration, administrative litigation, civil and criminal. She represents clients in areas including M&A, joint ventures, IP protection, corporate governance, shareholder relations, employment and labor law, bankruptcy, reorganisation, family law, antitrust law and general commercial contract matters.
