India: CCI reports more than 60 antitrust probes last year

The Competition Commission of India reportedly investigated more than 60 cases of alleged anticompetitive behavior last financial year, conducting probes in industries including pharmaceuticals and real estate.

    At the end of March 2014 reports say the CCI had 61 ongoing cases before its Director General, the investigational arm of the regulator.
