Law firm Linklaters announced a new addition to its office in Brussels, say reports, as cartel expert Nikolas Peristerakis will join the firm next month as counsel.
Peristerakis specializes in antirust within the EU and Chinese jurisdictions, among others, with particular focus in merger control, say reports. He will join the firm from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, where he spent 15 years.
He has been involved in several high-profile mergers, including Walt Disney’s recent buyout of Lucasfilm.
