France: Air Liquide changes focus with sale of antiseptic stake

Health and environment gasses company Air Liquide, based in France, announced plans to divest its share in Laboratoires Anios, which specializes in antiseptic and disinfectant products, to change focus onto its Germany-based Schulke company.

    Schulke, which Air Liquide wholly owns, a hygiene specialist which provides products to doctors’ offices and hospitals.

    Following its plans, Air Liquide confirmed that a consortium lead by the Letartre family issued an offer for the Laboratoires Anios, which the family founded and is currently a minority shareholder of.
