Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP announced the hiring of antitrust litigator Jay L. Levine to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office for its Litigation Department. Levine has more than two decades of experience in both litigation and antitrust counseling, with extensive expertise in the areas of healthcare, agriculture and pharmaceuticals, among other specialties.
A press release offered by the firm said Porter Wright is “excited” to welcome Levine to the team.
Levine has had experience representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice relating to the merger review process and investigations.
Levine has also served as the Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section on Antitrust Law’s Joint Conduct Committee.
