UK: Former Commission chairman Peter Freeman announced as CAT chairman

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal has announced that former Competition Commission chairman and current partner at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton Peter Freeman is to become one of the CAT’s new chairmen. Freeman will be one of four new chairmen appointed by the CAT. Freeman has been at the London office of the US firm since 2011 after spending five years as chairman at the Commission.
