Finland: Authority finds no irregularities in stonework company contracts

Finland’s Finnish Competition Authority has released a report of an investigation into Lemminkäinen Corporation after a probe was launched into the construction and infrastructure company into its stonework contracts. The FCA reported that it found no irregularities in the company’s proceedings after concerns were raised that the company’s practices violated the Finnish Act on Competition Restrictions. The investigation first began in the winter of 2010-2011.
