Japan/Vietnam: Japan’s experience aids Vietnam’s evolving antitrust law

Later this month, the Japan Fair Trade Commission will be holding its next training course for the Vietnam Competition Authority and the Vietnam Competition Council surrounding the Antimonopoly Act and Competition Policy. The meeting will be in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Its purpose is to aid members of the VCC and VCA through guidance of Japan’s experiences with competition law. This will be the eighth meeting since the bodies first began coordinating in 2008.
