Canada: Bid-rigging among top concern for Quebec’s Marois

Premier Pauline Marois’ first inaugural address will focus on fighting corruption as a top concern when she outlines the Parti Québécois legislative menu, looking to bring attention to public contract bid rigging, among other issues. In the opening of a new session for the Quebec National Assembly, Marois hopes to assure the government will stand on firmer ground than previous administrations on issues pertaining to corruption.
