U.S.: Crusader pleads guilty in bid-rigging charges

Felony charges were filed Wednesday in New Jersey’s U.S. District Court against Crusader Servicing Corp., based in Pennsylvania. Crusader has pleaded guilty in charges of rigging bids for the sale of auctioned tax liens in New Jersey. According to court documents, the bid-rigging may stem as far back as 1998 and continued until September 2006.
