Spain: CNC sanctions Carpa Dorada and CVVP for anti competitive practices

The National Comission of Competition of Spain expanded the initiation of the sanction file S/312/10  against Carpa Dorada and CVVP for anti competitive practices against Nador Cott Protection S.À.R.L. society. The two companies are accused of unreasonably restricting the free commercialization of the Nadorcott tangerine to Nador Cott Protection S.À.R.L. society.
