Mauritius: High-level training on competition issues in Africa opens

Training on competition issues in Africa organized by the Small States Network for Economic Development (SSNED) and the Competition Commission of Mauritius. The two-day high-level training workshop on competition issues for judges, officials from competition authorities and others dealing with trade and commerce issue in African and Indian Ocean small states opened on Monday in Pointe-aux-Piments, northern Mauritius. The Competition Commission has been operational for almost three years now and already we can see a radical change in our business community, that the Competition Commission has up to now opened 21 investigations and 93 enquiries.
