Duty Free stores charge Estee Lauder with trying to run it out of business

Duty Free Americas has filed an antitrust complaint in Florida federal court against Estee Lauder. The charges are that Estee Lauder cut the supply of its cosmetics to Duty Free stores and frustrated their efforts to sell competing brands. Duty Free Americans alleges that Estee Lauder engaged in such anticompetitive practices to drive it out of business.
