Former chairman of Taiwan aftermarket auto lights manufacturer pleads guilty to international price-fixing conspiracy

Shiu-Min Hsu, the former chairman of Taiwan aftermarket auto lights manufacturer Depo Auto Parts Industrial Co., pleaded guilty for his role in an international conspiracy to fix the prices of aftermarket auto lights. The DOJ alleged that Hsu and his co-conspirators, including employees of U.S. distributors Maxzone Vehicle Lighting Corp. and Sabry Lee, agreed on and monitored the prices of aftermarket auto lights.
