Telstra submits revised structural separation undertaking to the ACCC

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has received a revised Structural Separation Undertaking from Telstra. The revised undertaking addresses drafting issues with the original undertaking that concerned the ACCC, and marks a step toward finalizing the $11.7 billion deal between Telstra and National Broadband Network.
