Apple files complaint alleging Motorola violated commitment to FRAND licensing

In its 10-K filing, Motorola Mobility has stated that Apple filed a complaint with the European Commission alleging that Motorola Mobility violated its commitment to license patents on FRAND terms. Motorola Mobility spokesperson Jennifer Erickson denies the charge, saying that fair terms were offered to Apple, and that Motorola Mobility is willing to negotiate a patent license.
