Gazprom win over FAS

The Moscow Commercial Court overruled the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s decision declaring that Gazprom violated competition law in its bidding for contracts on bonds placement. FAS had found that Gazprom unlawfully overstated the importance of an aspect of the bids appraisal, resulting in preference being given to an inferior bid.
