Adidas Spain Settle With Regulator

Adidas has reached an agreement with the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) to close the file that it opened in November 2018 for “for possible restrictive competition practices.”

    The CNMC believes that these conditions adequately address the anticompetitive issues identified and will monitor their compliance. Any violation thereof shall be considered a very serious infraction.
