
Holding a LLM in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, and an advanced degree (agrégation) in economics and management from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Sara Darley-Reygner joins the Autorité de la concurrence in February 2011, as a Case Officer.
She worked on the investigation of litigation files such as the laundry detergents cartel and anticompetitive practices in the sector of home care and personal care. In 2016, she joins the mergers unit and works notably on several major cases in the audiovisual sector such as the reexamination of the commitments made on the acquisition of Direct 8 and Direct Star by Canal +; or the creation of a joint venture, Salto, by TF1, M6 and France Télévisions. She also conducted an investigation into the takeover of Agripole by Cofigeo (ready meals).
In parallel, she was a Lecturer in competition law at the Skema Business School of Lille and at the Paris Institut d’Études politiques de Paris.
