
Garrigues in Lima, has launched a new practice of competition, economic regulation and intellectual property with Ivo Gagliuffi and economist Javier Coronado.
Garrigues’ new area will cover issues of free competition, economic regulation, impact analysis, unfair competition, compliance, advertising, consumer law, international trade defense, intellectual property, trademarks, patents and new technologies.
The experience of Gagliuffi and Coronado in the public sphere will be key in the development of the practice. Ivo Gagliuffi will join as a partner once his appointment occurs at the next meeting of partners.
