Law firm Jones Day announced that Sarah M. Ripa has joined the Firm as of counsel in its Business & Tort Litigation Practice. She will be based in Jones Day’s Minneapolis Office.
Ms. Ripa has almost a decade of experience with antitrust class action litigation and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) investigations and related client counseling. She has recently represented tech companies in internal FCPA investigations.
At Jones Day, Ms. Ripa joins a global team of experienced trial lawyers that serves clients in business and government disputes, torts, and civil litigation, from counseling through trial and appeal. She will provide the Firm’s clients with litigation counsel related to anti-bribery compliance risks, conducting risk assessments, and advising on third-party risks.
“Sarah has both cross-border litigation and investigation experience, which enhances our execution of seamless solutions for our clients,” said John Majoras, who co-leads Jones Day’s Business & Tort Litigation Practice. “Her exceptional skills add value and she will be a significant resource for our clients.”
