Mexico: Banks face renewed bond suit

JPMorgan Chase & Co, Citigroup, and eight other top banks were hit with renewed claims in Manhattan federal court alleging they manipulated the US$119 billion global market for Mexican government bonds.

    The multidistrict lawsuit also targets affiliates of Banco Santander, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, HSBC Holdings, Barclays, Bank of America NA, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse Group, and ING Groep.
