Mexico: Former head of Mexico’s competition authority joins SAI Law

Eduardo Pérez Motta, a former head of Mexico’s competition authority, has left Agon, the law and economics consultancy he founded, to join SAI Law and Economics as senior partner.

    “The incorporation of Eduardo to the office greatly helps, both the internal dynamics of the office, it is very clear that the complementarity provided from his experience as president of the CFC and as an ambassador to the World Trade Organization,” said Serra Puche in an interview.

    For this year Pérez Motta will focus his attention to customers that will be the designing of scenarios of what may happen with the North American Free Trade Agreement.
