The Switzerland-based food and beverage giant announced in February that it will sell Nestle Waters North America to private investment firm One Rock Capital Partners for a price of $4.3 billion. The deal gains One Rock major bottled water brands that include Poland Spring, Ice Mountain, Deer Park, and Pure Life. Nestle’s major international brands that include Perrier, S.
