Netherlands: Germany’s Noerr opens antitrust practice in Brussels

Germany-based law firm Noerr announced plans to open doors in the competition policy hub of Europe, say reports.

    Six lawyers will initially make up the new office in Brussels, according to reports, headed by Dr. Dominik Wendel. The office will focus on antitrust and competition cases.

    In a statement, Dr. Wendel said the new location is part of the firm’s efforts to improve its “service in M&A transactions in the regulated industries.”

    Reports say Noerr employs nearly 500 lawyers and recently opened additional new locations in London and Alicante.
