This week the Competition Commission celebrates 20 years since its inception in September 1999, under the theme: “20 years of regulating for inclusive growth”. This week the Commission will hold a series of events in commemoration of this milestone.
Part of the celebrations is the 13th annual Competition Law, Economics & Policy Conference, hosted in partnership with the Competition Tribunal, under the theme: Competitive Markets for an Inclusive Society: Challenges, Opportunities and Prospects.
The Conference will be attended by international policy experts, economic consultants, scholars, lawyers, academics, policymakers and government representatives, the judiciary, law firms, African and international competition authorities will also be participating.
