Spain’s CNMC has contributed to the public consultations of the “European Commission on the Digital Services Act (DSA”) and the “New Competition Tool” (NCT)” with two documents that contain its position on both proposed Community regulations.
The CNMC published the documents so that they can be made available to all interested parties. Read the full PDFs here.
The CNMC considers that these two acts should promote the creation of a single market for digital services.
