U.S.: Sony and Panasonic accused of price-fixing lithium ion batteries

The California federal court has sued a group of electronics makers including Sony and Panasonic for possibly conspiring toprice-fix lithium ion batteries. The rechargeable lithium ion batteries might be set at an artificially high price, after several electronics companies colluded to set and maintain the price of batteries.
