David Stewart said, “This is a critical moment, as merger control and the UK’s innovative markets regime are adapting to a digital era. The CMA is one of the world’s leading competition authorities, reflecting the commitment and quality of its people. I’m delighted to be joining them, to help make markets work better for everyone who lives and works in the UK.”
