Dykema Gossett PLLC announced Thursday that it has chosen its new director of its Intellectual Property Department.
Antitrust lawyer Allan Gabriel has been tapped for the position. Gabriel, who has been with Dykema since 2007, also focuses his practice on patent, copyright infringement, and other areas.
According to reports, Dykema has focused its operations to become a leading intellectual property law firm. Its services touch on IP litigation, patent prosecution, copyright protection and more. Several of its lawyers are also registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
