Global law firm White & Case announced the addition of new partner Matthew Hurlock to its New York office. Hurlock will be part of the Firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity (PE) Industry Group.
“Matthew is a highly accomplished M&A lawyer with deep experience in private equity and substantial relationships throughout the industry,” said John Reiss, Global Head of White & Case‘s Global M&A Practice. “He will play an important role in supporting the continued expansion of our M&A practice and PE group in New York and globally.”
