Advent May Buy McAfee For More Than $10 Billion

McAfee is nearing a deal to sell itself to private-equity firm Advent International for more than $10 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.

    According to The Wall Street Journal, the deal could be announced by Monday, some of the people said, adding that the talks are ongoing and could still fall apart.
    The company said in March it would sell its enterprise business to a consortium led by Symphony Technology Group for $4 billion in cash.
