Belgian Regulator Won’t Push Antitrust Fine Over Jet Deal

The Investigation and Prosecution Service of the Belgian Competition Authority has submitted a proposed decision in a case concerning anticompetitive practices stemming from certain clauses within the “Commercial Service Agreement” which was concluded on 8 June 2017 between Thomas Cook Belgium NV and Brussels Airlines NV
