El gobierno de Perú ingresó oficialmente su proyecto de ley de control de fusiones y concentraciones empresariales al Congreso el día 26 de marzo.
De esta forma, se confirma lo adelantado por el viceministro de Economía, Michel Canta. La iniciativa del Ejecutivo recogería diversas iniciativas que ya se debatieron en las comisiones de Economía y Defensa del Consumidor del Congreso.
ambas comisiones ya tienen listos sus predictamenes de ley sobre fusiones empresariales y se espera que en abril se debata en el Pleno del Congreso.
