Fernando Hernández Jiménez-Casquet, director de Energía de la CNMC y máximo responsable de la ofensiva lanzada por el supervisor contra las malas prácticas comerciales de las eléctricas y de la batalla con el Gobierno para conseguir recuperar el control del recibo de la luz, ha anunciado que abandonará la Comisión en Octubre, tomando una nueva posición como consejero jefe económico y comercial en Tokio.
