El senador mexicano integrante del partido gobernante MORENA Cruz Pérez, junto con otros integrantes de su bancada, han llamado a comparecer a la Comisionada Presidenta de la Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica, Alejandra Palacios, para cuestionar su actuación en relación con el artículo publicado por la funcionaria titulado “Adjudicaciones Directas: El caso de Banco Azteca”, así como respecto a la reciente aprobación por parte del regulador del acuerdo de fusión de Disney y Fox.
