España: CNMC critica plan para combate a Cambio Climático; propone alternativas
El presidente de la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), José María Marín Quemada, se dirigió esta semana al presidente del Parlamento de las Baleares, Baltasar Picornell, señalando que el proyecto de Ley de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética propuesto para el gobierno de la provincia insular tiene el potencial para producir “una serie de efectos negativos” y proponiendo “un análisis de alternativas que pudiera justificar la decisión tomada”.
