US: Marathon Petroleum wins antitrust approval to buy Express Mart

According to a report in Reuters, Marathon Petroleum has won US antitrust approval to buy Express Mart on condition that it sell five shops, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced on Thursday, October 25.

    Marathon Petroleum, which owns Speedway chain of convenience stores, will sell four Speedway fuel and convenience stores and one Express Mart store to Sunoco, the FTC stated. All stores are in New York state.
