España: Ayuntamiento de Madrid denuncia ante CNMC ‘viajes gratis’ de Uber y Cabify
El Ayuntamiento de Madrid le ha pedido a la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) que se realice un análisis a la oferta de viajes gratuitos ofrecidos por las empresas Cabify y Uber el pasado 26 de septiembre para determinar si ésta vulnera la competencia en el sector al ofrecer servicios por debajo del costo con tal de captar más usuarios. El Ayuntamiento indicó que la oferta “podría vulnerar determinados artículos de la Ley 3/1991, de 10 de enero, de Competencia Desleal…”
