Spain: Latham nabs competition specialist from DLA Piper

Latham & Watkins has hired an experienced Spanish competition litigator based in Madrid from DLA Piper. José Maria Jiménez Laiglesia spent 12 years at DLA and advised on competition disputes domestically and internationally, in relation to financial institutions and private equity firms, particularly joint ventures, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
