Patrick Pascarella, a former chief antitrust counsel to AT&T and former US Department of Justice antitrust division counsel, has joined Kilpatrick Townsend and Stockton in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Pascarella’s experience ranges from antitrust litigation to representing clients before enforcement and regulatory agencies in the US as well as Mexico, Colombia, and other Latin American countries. In addition to his law firm experience, Mr. Pascarella has served as a government antitrust enforcer as well as in-house antitrust counsel at a Fortune 10 company. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries including telecommunications, content and media, e-commerce, publishing, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, sports, cement, weapon systems, and ice cream.
“Pat can offer our clients a uniquely well-rounded perspective on highly sophisticated antitrust matters,” said Pete Boyle, Chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Antitrust Practice. “He brings to the table a very rare combination — an unparalleled knowledge of the substantive antitrust laws and an ability to view a matter through multiple lenses. Pat can relate to the challenges faced by in-house antitrust counsel but also knows how enforcers and private litigants will approach a matter as well. We are very excited to welcome Pat to our team.”
