UK: CMA investigates Motor Fuel Group MRH buy

Motor Fuel Group, which is backed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and has almost 400 locations across the UK, announced it had agreed to buy MRH in February 2018.

    The combined business will operate more than 900 locations, which are predominantly company-owned and franchise-operated and manage third-party fuel, convenience, and foodservice brands.

    The regulator has welcomed participation from interested parties and has set a deadline of June 19 2018 for comments.
