Diversas agencias de publicidad y medios españoles han revelado a la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), autoridad reguladora de la competencia en el país, la existencia de indicios claros que apuntan a una colusión publicitaria entre los gigantes mediáticos Mediaset y Atresmedia. Estos testimonios ya han sido remitidos al regulador para incorporarse al expediente abierto contra los dos gigantes audiovisuales.
