US: The Global Antitrust Institute names new Director of Economic Education

As of August 1, 2017, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Acting Deputy Assistant Director John Yun in the Bureau of Economics, Antitrust Division will be joining the Global Antitrust Institute (GAI) at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University as Director of Economic Education. Dr. Yun has served in various roles with the FTC for the last 18 years, including as an Economic Advisor to former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright. Dr. Yun has also taught microeconomics at Georgetown University and will be teaching Antitrust Economics at Scalia Law.

    The GAI was created to promote the application of sound economic analysis to competition enforcement around the world through training programs, competition advocacy, and research.
